MOJ Portal Team Leader/Manager- Newcastle City Centre

Are you an experienced RTA/Personal Injury fee earner who has experience of supervising more junior level fee earners and is passionate and technically minded?

If so, are you ready for the next challenge and have proven exposure to managing and mentoring a team of Fee Earners dealing with RTA Personal Injury and Vehicle Damage Claims?

This is an outstanding opportunity to join a leading niche legal practice who are committed to their staff development and have client care at the forefront of their business. They are well-established in the market and you will enjoy working in a supportive, collaborative and forward thinking firm.

Ideally, you will have at least 2 years’ experience of managing a caseload of personal injury caseload and have supervisory experience in managing a team and provide advice and identify training needs where appropriate. You will be up to date legislative changes and advanced knowledge of the MOJ Portal system. You will also have good organisational and communication skills and will enjoy being able to build solid relationships both internally and externally. Those with Credit Hire experience will be advantageous.
