Hudson are pleased to be working with a very reputable national law firm on an exciting NQ Corporate Solicitor vacancy based in Reading. As an NQ Solicitor, you would have exposure to excellent Corporate matters during your Training Contract, and have taken an active role in the development of the Corporate transactions.

An NQ Corporate Solicitor is required to strengthen the department's offering within the market. With solid Corporate experience gained in your Training Contract, you will be familiar with M&A matters, joint ventures, corporate reorganisations, finance etc. and be passionate to take on a challenging but stimulation caseload.

This is a very stable team, headed up by an award winning Partner. You will be in a close knit team with some of the sharpest minds in the Corporate space, so as a junior Solicitor this is an excellent opportunity to learn from the best.
