Description
For this Funds Paralegal role, you will be involved in:
- Providing assistance to the funds team with the set up and formation of funds
- Drafting documents
- Reviewing standard transaction documents
- Ensuring compliance
- Monitoring receivables.
- Post-deal completion.
Profile
For this Funds Paralegal role, you will have
- A legal degree or GDL completed. LPC is highly advantageous
- Strong academic record
- Candidates with training contracts secured and 12 months to work are welcome to apply
- Over a year of paralegal experience within a corporate/banking/funds role, either in a law firm or an investment bank
- Experience within investment funds would be a significant advantage to any candidate
- Strong attention to detail
