Property Litigation Paralegal

Our client, a highly reputable law firm, are currently looking for a property litigation paralegal to join them on a permanent contract.

The successful candidate will be preparing trial bundles, liaising with the court, helping with client enquiries, drafting witness statements and claims forms as well as assisting the fee-earners with the running of their caseloads.

Our client are looking for someone with at least three months of property litigation experience and who can demonstrate excellent organisational and time management skills and be willing to learn. The preference is candidates with experience dealing with the County Court and private landlords although this is not an essential requirement.
