Legal Contractor

An investment bank based in London is seeking a solicitor to join their in-house team for a period of 6 months with the possibility of a permanent role.

This is an exciting opportunity within a friendly and established team where culture and personality is key.

My client is seeking a confident candidate who works well as part of a team and has a strong understanding in derivative documentation.

Responsibilities include:
*Working alongside the transactional management to manage the core legal aspects of capital markets and derivative documentation
*Drafting, reviewing and negotiating ISDA and CSA documentation
*Drafting dealership documentations
*Reviewing structured and warrant issues

The successful candidate will be a qualified solicitor with a minimum of 3 years PQE*. You will have a legal background, preferably in-house and strong people and communication skills.
