The Role:

The firm are seeking a Company Commercial Solicitor to join their office in Cambridge.
You will work with highly-experienced Partners dealing with a broad caseload including; acquisitions, disposals, take-overs and mergers, asset sales/purchases, partnership/shareholder's agreements, loan agreements, company restructuring, company/partnership formation, company secretarial issues, employee share (option) schemes and terms and conditions.

Due to the firm's growth plans and size of department, this role comes with excellent prospects for progression to Partnership.

Requirements:

• You will be a Company Commercial Solicitor with at least 3 years PQE (there is no upper limit in terms of PQE)
• You will deal with a high-quality caseload
• You should have a good technical knowledge
• A meticulous eye for detail is essential
• Salary is competitive and negotiable dependent on your level of experience
