The role involves fee earning but also managing a number of people, mentoring them and helping them to achieve their targets. Allocating the work within the department and conducting one to one's and setting objectives. This obvioulsy takes a certain amount of time to direct and manage but it is a good department.

Key to the appointment is partnership prospects. The firm are planningh for the future and are now recruiting the people who will be future owners so an interest in ownership is important.

No work in progress is required. A caseload will be provided.
