An exciting opportunity to join a busy compact and well established team in Ipswich where you will conduct a caseload of Commercial Property files. My client is a well known firm regionally which benefits from cross over leads generated by the other commercial departments. A commercial property solicitor with good all round experience is required here, ideally with a mixture of experience gained from handling development work, portfolio work, property litigation and landlord and tenant work.

ESSENTIAL:- You will be an experienced Commercial Property Solicitor with at least 1 years experience.

This is an excellent opportunity to join a friendly and stable commercial property team in Ipswich, Suffolk.
