This leading IP practice is looking to recruit a specialist IP litigator with particular experience of working on complex, high value soft IP disputes but with a willingness and ability to also assist on patent disputes.
The successful candidate will need to possess a first class academic and professional pedigree, strong leadership qualities and demonstrable commercial nous.
The IP team is looking for a leader; someone who can run their own case and act as the 'go-to' associate for the junior members of the team as well as for the partners.
