New Business Sales Advisor

One of our largest clients is currently recruiting for a New Business Advisor to join their expanding Conveyancing department. They require an individual with strong customer service skills and an excellent telephone manner to join a team of professional business advisors.
The role is to join their thriving property department and to handle new enquires in relation to any conveyancing matter. This involves but is not limited to completing all quotes and contacting all clients via phone or email, in addition to opening new files where necessary.

*Strong administration and numeracy skills
*Able to work using your own initiative
*Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet targets/ deadlines.
*Excellent telephone manner and customer service skills
*Experience of telephone work
*Experience of working in a client care environment


Qualification Requirements:

*Good standard of education essential (minimum of three GCSE's grade C or above to include English and Maths
*Good standard of spoken and written English required.
*Competent use of MS Office required
The firm are offering a competitive salary of up to £16,000 dependant on experience and offer excellent benefits and opportunities for progression for the right individual.
