Our specialist Litigation law firm client is currently looking to recruit a CRM Assistant to work closely with the CRM manager in their Marketing and Business Development team. The main responsibilities of this role will be supporting users on the day-to-day running of InterAction by telephone or in person, providing InterAction follow up/refresher sessions with users, resolving DCM (Data Change Management) tickets, run and action data quality searches, helping users resolve data issues, and ensuring best practice is adhered to on the use of InterAction, Updating new company/person information using a variety of resources to enhance profiles, updating Insite CRM page with FAQ’s and QRG’s. Candidates must have experience CRM systems and InterAction specifically, excellent communication and problem skills are essential and experience within a law firm environment would also be beneficial. The core hours for this role will be 9:30AM – 5:30PM.
