Our client is a leading international law firm who are currently seeking a finance lawyer to join their office in Istanbul - Turkey. The team advise on a range of banking matters, and covering the full spectrum of financial transactions. Further to that they act upon a number of bespoke instructions regarding the establishment of banks and financial institutions in regional and international markets. Working with the highest calibre clients, the team are instructed by market leading syndicate lenders, investment banks and underwriters. The firm employ leading individuals in their field.
The team are looking for someone with 2-6 PQE who has general banking expertise with some experience in general finance and capital markets and project finance. You must also have a detailed grasp of complex legal concepts, excellent drafting skills, ability to see issues from a commercial perspective and able to communicate complex legal advice to clients effectively. You will be representing investment banks and other financial institutions in their capacities as agents, arrangers and lenders on some of the most complex financing across the globe.
