Legal Researcher – Recruitment Agency

EJ Legal is currently recruiting for a researcher to join the private practice legal recruitment team. 

EJ Legal is a specialist legal recruitment company with circa. 20 experienced recruitment consultants, focusing on private practice legal recruitment, in-house legal recruitment and paralegal recruitment. The company has been around for 25 years and is one of the more established agencies in the market.  The company is privately owned - with a very relaxed and collegiate culture. There are no targets or KPIs and it offers a very grown-up and enjoyable working environment.

This vacancy sits within the associate private practice recruitment team. You will be supporting 4 recruitment consultants with day-to-day research, headhunting candidates via LinkedIn/the database and mapping the market.  The team work with a range of top tier firms across the Magic and Silver Circle, US firms and West End boutiques. This is a great opportunity to gain research and time management skills whilst gaining a unique insight into the legal market.

This opportunity would suit a law graduate who is confident and has strong interpersonal skills. You might have a training contract/paralegal role secured and be looking for work in the meantime, or undertaking further study in September and need something to keep you busy! This contract will initially be on a 4/5 month basis but may be extended. Alongside your basic salary, you will also receive a bonus for every candidate who is successfully placed by the team.
