The Role
Our client is now seeking a Residential Conveyancing Lawyer to join their diverse team in their West Sussex office. The successful candidate will be a qualified Solicitor, Licenced Conveyancer or Chartered Legal Executive with experience in Residential Conveyancing. The role will require a Lawyer who is able to handle a mixed caseload which may include: freehold and leasehold residential conveyancing; drafting new leases; re-mortgages; right to buy; registering title and; submitting and reviewing searches.

The Candidate
You will be a qualified Solicitor, Licenced Conveyancer or Chartered Legal Executive with experience in Residential Conveyancing;
Excellent client care and communication skills;
Ability to handle a busy caseload under minimum supervision;
Have a detailed and methodical approach;
Willing to undertake business development and networking initiatives.
