My client, a truly international and innovative law firm, is looking for a Partner HR Officer to join their London office and support with end-to-end lateral partner recruitment across the globe.
The Partner HR (Recruitment) Officer will be responsible for managing the onboarding and integration processes of lateral partners in to the firm.
The key duties will include:
- Liaising with and being a first point of contact for recruitment agencies, developing effective relationships and maintaining the database internationally to ensure a central log of agreed terms and conditions
- Attending agency briefings, logging CV’s on to the recruitment portal and progressing applications as necessary
- Scheduling interviews and providing feedback to agencies and candidates in a timely manner
- Managing the induction process, including preparation of new hire documentation
- Producing reports on agency performance and weekly lateral recruitment
My client is looking for an individual who is keen to develop their recruitment skills and knowledge and who can offer excellent client service. The Partner HR Officer will have proven recruitment experience either in the legal sector, professional services or recruitment agency environment. Your excellent communication skills will ensure you are able to develop relationships with senior people across different cultures and time zones. You must have the ability to prioritise and deal with matters of a sensitive nature. Experience of working with a document management system is preferred.
