COMMERCIAL PROPERTY FINANCE SOLICITOR / ASSOCIATE - MANCHESTER 

Commercial Property Finance Solicitor / Associate – The growing property finance team is looking for a solicitor or associate with a range of experience anywhere between 1 to 5 PQE, however all levels are encouraged to apply. The department is looking for someone to work with an already-established group of lending clients on a broad range of transactions. Candidates with experience of acquisition finance, development and project finance as well as property portfolio work are encouraged to apply.

• Reports to: Head of Commercial Property
• Previous Experience: experience of acquisition finance, development and project finance on a mix of different matters including residential and commercial property finance.

A GROWING TEAM WITH AUTONOMY

This particular team forms part of the larger commercial property team. It is a smaller, autonomous team of around five or six people, offering the successful applicant the chance to make a real impact and progress through the team.

The team already has an established reputation and advises an existing client-base of financiers and institutional lenders. The intention is to grow the offering further and the team is therefore looking for ambitious and driven lawyers who are perhaps looking for a new challenge.
