This modern and expanding firm based in East Lancashire are looking to appoint a Residential Conveyancing Paralegal to join their expanding Conveyancing department.
Will involve handling running files from an existing caseload of Residential Conveyancing matters such as; Sale and purchase, property transactions, remortgages, land development, leases and conversions.
The ideal candidate will possess atleast 12 months experience within Residential Conveyancing and be comfortable working under minimal supervision and be fully conversant with all aspects of conveyancing from start to post completion.
