Commercial Solicitor

New opportunity for a junior Commercial Solicitor to join an ambitious Manchester Law Firm at their City Centre office.

Out client is a smaller, focussed Firm operating in a few chosen Practice areas. Their Commercial Practice is growing steadily in terms of client instructions, and as such they are seeking to add another specialist Commercial Solicitor to join the team. You will be responsible for providing advice and guidance on all non-contentious drafting matters covering commercial agreements, shareholder, purchase or partnership agreements. You will also have the opportunity to be involved in data protection advice in lieu of upcoming GDPR implementation.

Applications are invited from candidates who have the above experience and have had previous exposure to dealing with demanding clients, largely in the SME sector. Ideally you will be up to 4 years PQE and have a desire to join a Firm where there is opportunity to carve your own reputation in the North West. Excellent progression opportunity in a role which offers ample autonomy, ably supported by the wider Firm.
