Property Lawyer - Part Time

Reporting to the Head of Legal Services the key aspect of this role is to act as a business partner to their various departments with a view to proactively identifying areas for legal support focusing on Property Law matters. Particularly with a view to the statutory requirements of the business

You must be a qualified lawyer with property law experience, ideally in a construction or utilities company. As you will be liaising with different departments the ability to communicate with different people and build relationships across the business is key.
