Fantastic opportunity for an In House Legal Counsel in Coventry. This role covers general In House Commercial work and GDPR.
* Provide administrative support and advice to clients surrounding GDPR
* Work on commercial contracts taking into account data protection changes linked to GDPR.
* IT / Software agreements
* Review Ts & Cs
* New contracts and reviews with suppliers
* Liaising with clients on all commercial matters
* Covering a general in-house caseload
Profile
Key skills needed:
* UK qualified solicitor
* Hold current practising certificate
* Extensive experience with Commercial contracts
* Previously worked in-house
* Experience with Data protection and GDPR projects
* Excellent communication skills
Job Offer
Permanent and full time role, hours 8:30am - 5:30pm (flexible on start / finish times). Potential to work from home occasionally.
