Are you a Residential Conveyancing Paralegal looking to work on high value files? Our client is a very successful, regional firm that have a big portfolio of both private and business clients and pride themselves on delivering clear and high quality services. The Role:
-Joining a growing Residential Conveyancing team, you will support a key Fee Earner/Solicitor and help to progress their caseload.
-This will cover a local clientbase, with access to high value properties and quality work.
-You will play a hands on role, raising enquiries, handling searches and liaising with clientele.
-The role comes with a clear route to progression, with a full fee earner training or training contract on offer dependent on performance later down the line.
The Candidate:
-In order to be considered, you must have considerable experience working in Residential Conveyancing and be able to assist on a broad range of files.
-Working with high net worth clientele, you must have strong communication skills and the ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
-The role would suit a candidate looking to develop their career within Residential Conveyancing with clear progression on offer.
