In House Counsel - Competition

SSQ are currently working with a multinational TMT brand who are looking to hire a consultant lawyer in to their competition team.

This hire will sit as part of a team advising the UK business on completion matters including Article 101 and 102 issues, procurement, state aid and SMP matters. You may also become involved in regulatory investigations or advising on litigation matters as they arise.

The level of responsibility offered in this role would be well suited to a lawyer with a minimum of two years post qualification experience.. The work is of a high profile and dynamic nature and our client is seeking a lawyer who thrives in a commercial environment

The successful candidate will be available to commence a new role at short notice.
