Senior Employment Associate

The role:

The Employment group offer a full employment service covering employment advisory work and employment litigation, as well as transactional support to the Corporate and M&A Group. The firm's client base leans towards financial services, from large organisations such as Legal & General and Schroders, to boutique private equity houses and hedge funds. Here the team has particular expertise in complex LLP and remuneration structures. Other important areas include advertising, sport and hotels, management teams.

The ideal candidate will have gained 6 years PQE + with experience gained within a Magic Circle, Silver Circle, US firm or from a highly ranked employment practice, although candidates outside of this PQE will also be considered. You will have strong academic qualifications from A Levels (or equivalent), with a minimum 2:1 degree in Law (or equivalent) from a highly regarded institution and be a team player as this role is a job share.
