Role: Locum Conveyancing Fee Earner
Location: Kent
Dates: May - Ongoing (Part-time)
Rate: £15-£20 per hour
The Role
Urgently seeking a Residential Conveyancer with experience for a long term locum role based in Kent. The successful Locum Residential Conveyancer will be handling a caseload of Residential Property matters including sales and purchases of both freehold and leasehold properties as well as some light Commercial Property matters.
Essential Experience
Applicants for this Residential role should have experience dealing with all aspects of Property Law, specifically Residential property as well as having a general legal knowledge. Experience should include sales, purchases, and acquisitions of both freehold and leasehold properties.
