Due to their continued success the IP team have a defined need to recruit a talented IP Litigator with around 3 years' pqe. Work will include all aspects of IP protection and enforcement including; trademarks, copyright, passing off, patents and licence disputes. Suitable candidates will have trained and gained experience at a firm known for their expertise in this area and have strong academics. It is also essential that applicants are able to demonstrate technical excellence, have confidence in their ability and the drive to succeed.
