Ambitious mid-level associates are sought to advise clients on a wide range of matters regarding either Finance (corporate and other general financing, restructuring and distressed debt), Capital Markets (IPOs, Rights and Corporate Bonds Offerings) or Corporate/M&A topics. You must be a team player with a creative and global mindset and a strong academic background.
