Large US law firm in London is seeking to recruit a Corporate/ M&A lawyer of between 0 and 2 years’ PQE. Candidates should be able to work across a range of M&A transactions and should ideally have experience of both private and public M&A. Our client is looking for candidates who are committed, enthusiastic and versatile. You will also be commercially minded and comfortable dealing with clients. They require team players who are keen to develop and get out of their comfort zones in a highly collegiate and collaborative environment. Newly-qualified lawyers must have undertaken a seat in Corporate/ M&A law.
