Family lawyer Head of Department 7+ years’ PQE LONDON

Established Family law department at London-based law firm is looking to recruit a Head of Department to the Family law team. The team undertakes exclusively private Family law matters covering a broad range of work including: • divorce and dissolution of civil partnerships • financial proceedings relating to divorce • all private children issues, including financial applications (Schedule 1) • prenuptial agreements and pre-civil-partner agreements • advice for unmarried families • international aspects of separation and divorce • injunctions.

Our client will consider experienced Senior Associates (who have partnership potential) in addition to those candidates who are already Partners. Whatever your current status, you must have experience of managing/ supervising more junior team members in addition to being a technically strong Family lawyer.
