M&A - Hong Kong

I am working with a top US law firm who are looking to expand their Hong Kong office with the hire of a mid-level M&A Associate. The firm are at the forefront of most major transactions and have an established, successful presence in Hong Kong.

Applicants should have strong M&A knowledge and will need experience with PRC legal matters. Experience gained from international firms is preferred although strong regional experience may be considered favourably. Strong English and Chinese written and oral language skills are required by the firm and an ability to communicate clearly will be needed due to the client facing nature of the position.

My client will consider applicants with the above knowledge, at least 3 years PQE and a strong academic background in a favourable light.

Successful applicants will have the chance to work with exclusive clients and will work on high level, complex matters under the supervision of an elite partner.
