Our client is an International Law firm with a strong reputation in the Real Estate market and are ranked very highly in the Legal 500. Construction is one of the core practice areas of the department and they are now looking for a Construction Lawyer ideally with 1-4 years PQE of working for developers, investors, lenders, contractors and consultants
This is predominantly a non-contentious role and the duties include but are not limited to drafting and negotiation construction documents, contracts, assisting with the construction aspect of real estate transactions and building client relations. On offer is some cutting edge work, competitive salary and benefits.
