We are currently recruiting for a top US law firm based in the City of London, close to Liverpool Street Station. They would like to find a Receptionist to join them on a permanent basis working from 9 to 6. Whilst no previous legal experience is necessary, they are looking for a confident, well-presented team player, who is eager to learn and develop their skills. It would be desirable if you have gained customer service skills in the hospitality sector.

The new receptionist will undertake the following duties:

  • Meet and greet all incoming clients and answer all incoming calls from international clients.
  • Monitor and control the booking of conference rooms helping to track/monitor arrivals of attorneys from the US offices.
  • Allocate office space for visiting attorneys/clients.
  • General administrative duties.

This will also be an opportunity to gain general office experience helping to distribute post, arrange travel, re-stock, assist with events and photocopying. This role will pay between £18,000 and £25,000 depending on experience. The successful receptionist needs to be able to work to tight deadlines, have good time management skills, excellent attention to detail and the ability to build relationships with a wide range of people. You should have strong IT and communication skills.
