Residential Conveyancer

Role: Conveyancing Solicitor / Fee Earner

Location: Cambridgeshire

Salary: DOE

I am currently looking for an ambitious and experienced Conveyancing Fee Earner or Solicitor, to join a well-established, successful and growing Property Specialist firm due to continued expansion, based in their Cambridgeshire office.

The role:

You will be responsible for managing your own volume caseload of Conveyancing transactions including Sales and Purchases, Freehold and Leasehold, re-mortgages, Buy to Let, Rent to buy, Shared Ownership, New build developments, Landlord & Tenant and enfranchisement matters.

Candidates must possess an ability to work independently with minimal supervision with a flair for negotiation and relationship building, and be comfortable in providing independent advice.

Skills and experience required:

• Qualified solicitor or experienced Conveyancer with atleast 2 years Conveyancing experience
• Extensive experience dealing with a range of Conveyancing transactions
• Must have experience dealing with a volume caseload
• Good verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to manage own caseload with minimum supervision
