Leading financial services organisation seeking finance and/or corporate lawyers for full-service in-house position based in Surrey (with option to work in London office some days)
You will be involved in a wide range of transactional, finance and general advisory work, and also some general commercial work as it arises.
You will have a finance or corporate background with experience at a top firm and wish to work in a full-service in-house position at group-level. In-house experience would be ideal either via secondment or otherwise, but is not essential.
You will join and established team of highly credible and experienced lawyers and be an excellent team player.
