The role

The firm is looking to hire a Corporate Finance Lawyer into their thriving and growing City of London office.

You will work directly alongside the Partner on very high-quality work. This department is ranked highly in the Legal 500 and has grown year on year. You will supervise and mentor junior members of the team. You will also manage client relationships which include working with major financial institutions such as; Lloyds, Santander, RBS, Handelsbanken and HSBC, and independent lenders such as Alternative Money Solutions, Exeter Finance, Windsor Estates Finance and Privatbank Berlin Von 1929.

The workload will be broad and will include; syndicated and bilateral financings, acquisition finance, property and development finance, general financings, restructurings and refinancing's, asset finance and invoice discounting.

This role comes with good prospects for Partnership. You will lead and mentor the team and be given the skills to get you on track to Partnership.

Requirements:

• You will be a Corporate Finance Lawyer with at least 3 years + PQE
• You will have a good grounding in Banking and Finance work
• You will be based in the Bristol office
• You should be an ambitious candidate wanting to progress
• The firm is open minded regarding the type of firm you may have worked at
• Salary is dependent on your level of experience and background, although, above market rate, you will also receive a truly excellent benefits package.
