Commercial / Residential Property Paralegal

A Legal 500 law firm is looking for a Commercial / Residential Property Paralegal to join their department in Coventry.

The Role:
Running your own caseload of general Commercial Property transactional work, Acquisitions, Disposals, Funding and Leases as well as plot sales.

Requirements:
You must of worked in a similar role and have a law degree be able to run your own caseload from start to finish with some support whilst also being a team player and integrating into the department smoothly.

¿ Salary will be negotiable on experience £18,000 - £22,000
