Are you an experienced Paralegal with exposure to Property Litigation?

Are you keen on working for an industry leading practice with fantastic offices conveniently located to good transport links across London, Essex and Hertfordshire?

You will provide advice and assistance to both Registered Providers of Social Housing and private landlords in a broad range of matters including possession proceedings based on rent arrears, breach of tenancy, anti-social behaviour and unauthorised occupiers, injunction proceedings and disrepair claims.

The role will also have exposure to leasehold and property disputes including claims against leaseholders for breach of lease and forfeiture.
