THE ROLE

An excellent opportunity for a proactive Junior Associate NQ-1pqe to join a top corporate practice in the City.

You will be working on a range of high profile multi-jurisdictional deals in a small yet growing team and have a real opportunity to make your mark within the Corporate Finance team and the wider Firm as a whole.

The firm invests strongly in the training available to its associates and its corporate finance lawyers are seen as commercial and innovative in a team which encourages significant client contact.

This is a firm with an open-door policy that helps to deliver real results.

Key responsibilities will include:

Working in conjunction with a partner on public and private M&A transactions, including many with cross-border elements, and/or on equity capital markets transactions, including IPOs and secondary fundraisings

Liaising with other departments in the firm on transactions and obtaining advice from overseas counsel on cross-border transactions.

Managing and developing existing client relationships with the relevant client relationship partner

ABOUT YOU

To be considered for this exciting role you will have an excellent academic record and will have gained relevant corporate finance experience at a City, international or regional practice.
