Education lawyer 1+ years’ PQE LONDON

London-based law firm is looking to recruit an Education lawyer of 1 or more years’ PQE. The team advises a mix of clients including commercial, not-for-profit, regulatory and private clients. The firm is expanding the Education aspect of their highly regarded Children and Education department.

The successful candidate will run their own diverse caseload (this may or may not involve appropriate supervision depending on your PQE) of Education matters ranging from Early Years to Higher Education with a focus on their core areas of work which include: • special Educational needs • Equality Act claims • Admissions • Exclusions • Complaints

Also the ability to work collaboratively across teams in child protection, negligence and breach of contract matters occurring in an Education context and governance matters for schools, charities, companies and other organisations with an Education aspect.
