THE ROLE
The company is looking to hire an in house paralegal who will be involved in supporting all business functions from a legal standpoint and provide advice and legal expertise in line with the commercial objectives of the business.
The work will include:
Handling a range of work to include commercial contracts, franchise agreements, employment agreements, data protection (GDPR), and identifying legal and compliance risks.
You will also act as a liaison with internal and external lawyers and perform all contract reviews within the turnaround time frame the business requires.
Functioning as a business partner, you will offer valuable advice and counsel to all parties involved
You will also be involved in managing and executing various critical projects.
ABOUT YOU
A proactive commercial paralegal with good experience, you will be able to work closely with senior management to provide timely, pragmatic and solution focused advice and be flexible, highly organised and detail-oriented.
