Aviation Finance lawyer 1+ years’ PQE to Senior Associate LONDON

Commercial law firm is looking to grow the Aviation team by appointing an Aviation Finance Associate of 1 or more years’ PQE to join the team in London. Our client will consider candidates of junior-, mid- and senior-level (up to Senior Associate level). The role will involve working on non-contentious Aviation Finance matters. You will work on a wide range of aviation commercial, leasing and financing deals, acting for airlines, leasing companies, financiers and other organisations within the aviation industry. Matters will involve: • Aircraft purchase, finance and leasing • Buying and selling aircraft and engines • Financing of new and used aircraft and engines which would include pre-delivery and ECA financing • Leasing of aircraft and engines, both finance and operating • Wet leasing and charter of commercial and corporate aircraft • Warranty, support and service issues relating to the sale and operation of aircraft • Registration and operation of aircraft • Fleet management and restructuring.

The successful candidate will have experience of handling complex aircraft finance/aviation commercial matters both domestically and internationally.
