Residential Property Solicitor / Conveyancer

Are you an experienced Legal Executive or Residential Property Solicitor who would like to join an expanding Residential Property team in Northampton?

Would you like to work for a trusted and well regarded Legal 100 firm who boast a dominating presence in central Northamptonshire? 

You will ideally be a  qualified solicitor or Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Legal Executives and have a general residential property background with excellent technical and client care skills.

In addition to this, you must have experience of Freehold and Leasehold sales and purchases, mortgages and re-mortgages, transfers of equity matters and be able to manage a large and busy caseload.

Exposure to shared ownership and Right to Buy would be a specific advantage.

You will join the busy team who act for large scale clients with nationally sourced high value referrals. You

Some exposure to signing titles is useful as well as some lower level team managerial abilities would be a useful addition to your CV.
