Looking for a high calibre, junior partner for a top rated law firm in London.
You MUST have experience of TUPE transfer work.
Focus of the practice is on advising businesses in technology, media and telecoms, financial services and professional services on contentious, non-contentious and transactional matters involving their workforce.
Examples include guiding employers through sensitive disciplinary and grievance scenarios, often where sensitive reputational issues are at stake, defending clients against employment litigation, acting in disputes involving post-termination restrictions, and advising on transactions involving employment matters, especially TUPE.
