Description
You will be joining a Litigation team based in the firm's Hereford office, advising on a full range of contentious matters.
You will be given responsibility from day one - including running your own files, dealing with clients directly and assisting the Partner on more complex pieces of litigation.
The team is Legal 500 ranked and acts on a broad range of litigation from civil disputes, property litigation through to more niche areas of law.
This is an opportunity for a lawyer to join an established team with a busy caseload and future pipeline of work.
The firm is well networked in the local market so there will be plenty of opportunities for you to get involved in seminars and other business development events.
Profile
Ideally you will have at least 12 months' experience in Litigation and have a good working knowledge of the CPR and running litigated files.
The firm is open minded as to the type of litigation you might have experience in.
For an outstanding candidate, the firm would consider a trainee solicitor approaching qualification who wishes to qualify into litigation.
