Private Equity Lawyer – Hedge Fund

This fast growing hedge fund is looking for an experienced private equity fund lawyer  

In this role you will be part of a small and dynamic legal team . Work will include ; structuring , launching and ongoing matters for private equity funds.

By way of background you will have 6+ years’  private equity funds experience gained within private practice or an in house environment. The ideal candidate will have a high quality of private equity funds work  and also have experience working on closed ended funds. Additional work on real estate funds will be beneficial and you will have worked across multiple jurisdictions including ; Luxembourg , cayman islands or france. Previous experience within a PE or funds environment will be advantageous.

For this role, it is essential that you have an entrepreneurial mind-set, work well under pressure and autonomously.
