Expanding Essex based law firm are looking to recruit a legal executive for their very busy private client department - this is an ideal opportunity for a legal executive with experience in private client work (wills, probate, estates, trusts and tax) to join a prestigious team looking after the interests of HNW clients. The team deals with a wide range of trust and probate work and the successful legal executive will be required to undertake estate administration and be involved in Court of Protection work, including applications for Lasting Powers of Attorney. There will be a lot of client interaction from day one and so you must have the confidence and dynamism to deal with the firm’s high profile client base.

This role will be appealing to someone who is not exposed to higher fee earning potential due to lack of support or client attraction at their current firm and ideal for someone who is ready to lead and progress at a well-established practice.

It is essential that you have at least one years’ experience in a private client team as a legal executive and have exceptional organisational, client and communication skills. You must also be proactive in your work. Stunning offices and an added benefit of early progression for the right person.
