Residential Property Solicitor, Exeter
Your new company
This firm have been providing legal services to private clients and the business communities of Exeter with offices in Exeter, Cullompton and Newton Abbott. An exciting opportunity has risen for a Residential Conveyancer / Legal Executive to join their Residential Property Team.
Your new role
You will be responsible for a range of conveyancing matters including registered and unregistered land, freehold & leasehold titles, transfers of equity and re-mortgages. You will be able to manage your own caseload with minimal supervision and offer guidance to other members of the team should the need arise.
What you'll need to succeed
The successful candidate will have sound conveyancing experience and have excellent communication skills. You will need to be able to work well within a team, be approachable and have a friendly manner when dealing with the clients and agents. You will also need to be able to work well under pressure and have good organisational skills.
