Leading asset manager requires a funds lawyer to join exceptional legal team based in Mayfair.
The role is wide ranging and includes advising on funds, documentation including IMAs and distribution agreements, and providing some legal oversight for the ISDA team.
You will be a general asset management lawyer from a top law firm or in-house and be excited to join an estblished team of lawyers and work in a fantastic and dynamic working environment for a leading name in the industry.
