The Role

Because their Plots Site Set up Team are expanding, they are looking for a Chartered Legal Executive or Associate to join their Tonbridge Wells firm.

Their Plots Site Up team acts for a range of clients: volume house builders, retirement housing providers, commercial developers and housing associations and their work includes site set up, plot sales, home exchanges and resale's, help to buy sales and infrastructure agreements.

The post holder will be responsible for preparing sites ready for plot selling in a timely and efficient manner, liaising with the clients and their consultants and obtaining and co-ordinating all necessary information including for mixed use schemes with complex structures.

You will be a Chartered Legal Executive or Solicitor with experience in plot site set up
