The Role

This firm are looking for a newly qualified to 2 year PQE Commercial Property Lawyer to join their flourishing Commercial Property office in Canterbury, Kent.

This is a rare opportunity for a newly qualified lawyer to 2 year PQE lawyer to join a growing Commercial Property team in Canterbury with the support of an energetic team already working with a wide range of commercial property work. The firm is offering a friendly, family feel and supportive environment to make you truly feel at home, and also great routes to progression.
Your tasks will include freehold acquisitions and disposals, commercial leases, property aspects of finance/lending, options, infrastructure and overage agreements and property joint ventures.

You should have previous experience of working within commercial property with some knowledge of planning, building and construction desirable. Previous experience in leasehold portfolio management would be advantageous.
