Employment Solicitor (5+ PQE) -

An exciting high level Senior Employment opportunity with real potential at a highly respected and growing Home Counties regional firm.

This is a very rare senior position at an outstanding firm and applications for this role will be treated in the utmost confidence.

The successful candidate will play a leading role within the department, so some previous managerial experience would be beneficial. You will need a solid background in a wide range of Employment matters, both contentious and non-contentious with experience gained at a respected firm. Experience in advising on TUPE matters and post termination restrictions, including advising clients in High Court injunction application proceedings and restrictive covenant work, would be at an advantage.
